BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY A card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations + Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid affecting the remainder of the day. If there is no longer enough time to safely complete the scheduled service, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee may apply. Extended Color Appointments Color services are reserved according to the time selected at booking. Additional time or product required due to length, density, color history, or complexity may result in an additional charge. Any expected adjustment will be discussed before proceeding.
